WHO Watchers' report.  

MS were generally positive.  Some highlights:

  • Cuba critical of limited time for interventions
  • General support for the Traffic Lights although recognition that balance is needed between inclusiveness and discipline
  • Maldives highlighted need for earlier and more substantive briefings for small countries on the agenda
  • Timor L'Este suggests exploration of modern communication technologies to support consultation with far away countries
  • Estonia critical of late evening session, "No public health issues deserve to be discussed at 9 p.m"
  • DG emphasises the need for greater trust to make the Assembly flow
